Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or “no-show” puts a hole in our doctors’ schedules that could have been filled by another patient in need of care.

NATUROPATHIC MEDICAL CONSULTATIONS

• New Patients: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• Established Patients: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• A late cancellation or missed appointment is subject the entire cost of your visit ($85-$550).

DISCOVERY CALLS

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. A late cancellation or missed appointment is subject to the $100 fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

IV THERAPY APPOINTMENTS

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. A late cancellation or “no show” will incur a $100 fee.

PROCEDURE-BASED APPOINTMENTS

• Pure Health procedures include ozone therapy, prolotherapy, neuromodulator treatment (Xeomin), dermal filler (Radiesse, RHA), PRP microneedling facials, and PRP hair rejuvenation treatments.

Payment in full is required at the time of each appointment or service.
